Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item was purchased within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return (such as intimate wear, personal-use products, or clearance items).

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Final sale / discounted items (if applicable)
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Description of the issue
    We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are typically non-refundable

    Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to reflect.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items

Exchange approval is subject to stock availability.
